ARE THE ITEMS YOU SELL NEW?
All of our items are authentic vintage pieces, meaning they are second-hand "used" items unless stated as (Deadstock), which means we have sourced new vintage items that are still with tags or unused in packaging.
Due to the nature of vintage, all items may show signs of wear. Any major flaws will be pictured and noted. If you have any questions, feel free to email us with the product name—we’d LOVE to hear from you and will get back to you ASAP!
We do not accept returns for minor wear such as loose threads or fading prints.
WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?
Prices reflect several factors, including condition, era, and rarity. Each piece is one of a kind, making you stand out from the rest!
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT ME?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s submitted. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are confirmed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ITEM?
As a general rule, it takes 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. In some cases, it may take longer, and we’ll notify you by email. Shipping times depend on your location and are stated in the shipping section of your cart for express or standard shipping.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information. You can track your order via the Australia Post website. Please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for any inquiries. We are not responsible for items lost in the postal service.
